Caren Livni recently joined the POTS team in the Teaneck and Waldwick locations. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in beautiful Washington State. Caren has over 20 year of experience working with children in early intervention, hospitals, schools, and clinical settings. She enjoys “playing” with children all day; seeing their struggles become strengths and fears turn into joys. Although bittersweet, it is exciting to see the children “graduate” from OT with greater confidence and independence. Caren has extensive training and experience in sensory integration, motor learning, neurodevelopmental techniques, Handwriting Without Tears, feeding, Floor Time, and oculomotor control. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and two adorable poodles.
