In her role as Community Liaison, Karen is an ambassador for POTS, focusing on communications, events, and relationships with pediatricians, pediatric specialists, schools, and community groups.

 

With many years of experience as a Public Relations professional, Karen also had the unique experience of living in Germany, working for and volunteering with numerous youth organizations, including Boy/Girl Scouts, various athletic teams and teaching/tutoring in Department of Defense schools.

 

Karen is a NAHA-certified Clinical Aromatherapist, also studying herbalism. She enjoys educating others in the safe and effective use of essential oils and offers aromatherapy webinars and classes privately and for various community organizations.
 

A former POTS parent, Karen has three adult children and enjoys reading, running and whipping up aromatherapy and herbal preparations in her spare time.
