With years of experience providing occupational therapy services across early intervention, school, and sensory gym settings, Menesis brings a calm yet engaging energy to every session. She began her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2018 and later earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of New York.
Menesis is passionate about helping children strengthen their sensory processing, executive functioning, and social-emotional skills in ways that feel fun, motivating, and meaningful. She values co-regulation as the foundation of connection and growth, using her calm presence to help children feel safe, while creatively shaping each session around their individual interests and strengths.

Known for her ability to form strong therapeutic relationships, Menesis creates spaces where children can explore, take risks, and build confidence through play and movement. She believes therapy works best when it’s joyful, relational, and rooted in trust.

Outside of work, Menesis enjoys tennis and snowboarding, these activities that reflect her appreciation for balance of life activities and the power of movement to support well-being
