Where Occupational Therapy Meets Mindfulness
Therapeutic Yoga, led by our amazing pediatric occupational therapists, offers an enriching experience for children. Through a combination of dynamic movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, yoga helps children improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Yoga promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional regulation, empowering children to manage their emotions and navigate challenges with resilience. Our POTS occupational therapists tailor each group to meet the unique needs of every child, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive and achieve their goals safely.
