This is a great at home activity that can be done with any ball and with or without tape. The goal is to roll the ball, starting on the floor, and up the wall without dropping it. If you have painter’s tape (or tape that will not damage your walls), create a path to roll the ball along for even more of a challenge. You can start with a straight path and continue to increase the challenge by making a zig-zag path.
This activity can be a great warm up task before tabletop activities, and addresses: motor planning, bilateral (both sides of the body) coordination, shoulder and trunk stability, and isolated finger movements.
